I liked being greeted by Delora. She had a gentle and kind demeanor. She was very welcoming. The room was great. It was clean with a pleasant scent. The bathroom was very clean. Everything was inviting from Delora to opening the door to my room to a nicely cooled, pleasant smelling room to sleeping on the bed.

My wife and I decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip here to enjoy shopping and spending time together. This hotel was perfect for what we wanted because it was close to restaurants, gas stations, shopping areas, and the interstate. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of and it felt like a safe area. Check in was quick and easy. Marina was very friendly and courteous and even allowed us to choose what floor we wanted our room to be on. Our room was very clean and looked to be well taken care of. The carpet was clean, the bed was clean and smelled fresh, and the bathroom looked like it was scrubbed very well. We especially loved that this bathroom had a fan in it. The water was very hot and stayed hot throughout our showers. The TV had lots of channels to choose from and there was even a mini fridge. This was great because we could put our drinks and leftovers in there. We didn't hear much noise, only the occasional door opening and closing, but it wasn't bad. Breakfast was nice with lots to choose from. My wife liked the waffle maker. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

When ww got there the girl (I didn’t get her name) told me it was for the next night but it wasn’t a problem she would just switch it to that night for me. She did it with a smile and was so kind about it. I did ask if I could get a first floor room because my husband has a partial handicap. She didn’t have any but explained she didn’t have any but she would put us next to the elevator on the second floor so he wouldn’t have to walk so much. She was so sweet and very kind and helpful!! Very easy to get on and off the interstate. Close to a variety of places to eat. We could bring our dogs. We could have a GREAT breakfast. I forgot an item and Mindy even took the time to call me and let me know I left it there. We have to come home from Texas that way and I asked if she could hold on to it for me and she said she’d be glad to keep it there for us to pick up. So we plan to book another night when returning home and pick up our item. Job well done Comfort Inn!!

Loved the area. Close to gas, Starbucks and highway. The bed and pillows were comfy! Overall, very impressed. I will be back!

There was a very pleasant lady named Marina who checked us in at the front desk. It was nice to be helped by someone so friendly after a long & exhausting day of traveling. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the breakfast server was very friendly and greeted everyone and made sure everyone had what they needed. All in all in my vacation staying in different hotels this was my best experience.

Clean, bed was comfortable, at check in the front desk made a comment about having my reservation room type on the first floor only which was nice to make sure we're okay with that- I prefer the first floor anyways as when just passing thru for the night on our drive to IL from TX. Plus the breakfast was fresh and better than the hotel I stayed in earlier in the week and had more choices to drink besides only coffee- orange juice, apple juice, water.

We loved the selections of food choices. Very good breakfast. The comfort of the room etc. Every place on our trip to AR., TX and than AR. Etc. We tried to stay at comfort Inn cause we knew we could still have the good breakfast and comfort of the bed and room.

Needed a place for a one night on the drive to Texas. This property has everything we needed and was close to several restaurants for dinner. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast had several options to choose from. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.
